• Discord Handle: Provided optionally when linking accounts for Discord role and ticket automation.

2. Payment Security & Card Data

We do not store your credit card numbers, debit card details, CVVs, or bank net banking passwords.

All payment transactions are handled directly by RBI-licensed Indian payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, or Paytm) utilizing PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant tokenization and 256-bit TLS encryption. We only receive a transaction reference ID and payment confirmation status.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provisioning your server containers, panels, and database instances.
• Sending automated renewal invoices, downtime alerts, and critical security notices.

4. Data Deletion Requests

Under Indian privacy principles, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated contact information.

To request account deletion, submit a ticket in our billing portal or email our privacy desk at [email protected] with your account email. Upon verifying ownership, your personal contact records and terminated server containers will be permanently expunged within 30 days, subject to mandatory Indian tax and invoicing retention laws.
