1. 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our infrastructure. FlashInfra offers a transparent 3-day money-back guarantee on eligible first-time orders for:

  • Game Servers: Minecraft and other supported dedicated game server containers.
  • Managed Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis instances.

If you experience performance issues or are unsatisfied with the quality within the first 72 hours of initial activation, you may request a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Strictly Non-Refundable Services

Certain infrastructure components incur irreversible provisioning, licensing, and dedicated IP routing costs upon creation. Consequently, the following services are strictly non-refundable once deployed:

  • Cloud VPS Instances: Cloud VPS virtual machines are strictly non-refundable once deployed due to irreversible dedicated IPv4 address assignment, hardware reservation, and upstream transit allocation.
  • Remote Desktop (RDP): Remote desktop environments with dedicated IPv4 addresses and provisioned compute resources are strictly non-refundable after active deployment.
  • Server & Rack Colocation: Datacenter rack space, dedicated power circuits, and transit ports are strictly non-refundable once racked.
  • Domain Registrations & Transfers: Domain registrar fees are irreversible under ICANN registry rules.
  • Addon Setup Fees & Management Services: Custom sysadmin tasks, hardware mounting, and setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Eligibility Conditions

  • Refund requests must be formally submitted within 72 hours from the original invoice creation timestamp.
  • The guarantee applies only to the customer's first service order. Recurring renewal invoices and secondary server orders are non-refundable.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy forfeit all rights to any refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please open a support ticket in our Client Billing Area or join our official Discord server with your invoice ID. Approved refunds are processed back through the original Indian payment gateway (UPI or Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
